2. Description of Service

PhotoMentor provides AI-powered photography critique and analysis using Google Gemini technology. The feedback provided is generated by artificial intelligence and represents a subjective algorithmic assessment, not professional human advice.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

PhotoMentor offers Free and Pro plans.

• Pro Monthly: $5.00 per month.
• Pro Yearly: $30.00 per year.
• Lifetime Deal: $49.00 (one-time payment).

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact support.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service. You are responsible for the images you upload for analysis. Do not upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the AI analysis will always be accurate, complete, or useful for your specific needs.

6. Limitation of Liability

PhotoMentor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
